甘肃省兰州市疾病预防控制机构水质检验人员结构现状分析

目的了解甘肃省兰州市各级疾病预防控制机构水质检验人员结构现状。方法采用整群抽样的方法选取兰州市及其所管辖区(县)共9个疾病预防控制中心调查水质检验人员结构,应用Excel 2003汇总分析,用Spss 18.0软件进行统计学分析。结果兰州市9个疾病预防控制中心共有水质检验人员53人,平均每个疾病预防控制中心6人;53人中,理化专业占32.1%,微生物专业占26.4%,其他专业占41.5%,不同专业人员构成比差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.774,P>0.05);学历以本科者较多(58.5%),不同学历人员构成比差异有统计学意义(χ2=56.428,P<0.05);职称以初级者较多(43.4%),部分区(县)无高级职称人员,不同职称人员构成比差异有统计学意义(χ2=18.994,P<0.05);年龄主要介于30~50岁之间(67.9%),部分区(县)无30岁以下者,不同年龄人员构成比差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.340,P<0.05)。结论兰州市各级疾病预防控制中心尤其是区(县)疾病预防控制中心专业人员不足,高级职称人员较少,年龄偏大,结构欠合理;在今后的工作中,应进一步优化水质检测人员结构,增加高级职称人员比例,引进高学历的年轻技术人员,提高水质检测人员整体素质,以利于更好地开展水质检测工作。 Objective To understand the status quo of water quality inspectors in disease prevention and control institutions at all levels in Lanzhou, Gansu Province. Methods A cluster sampling method was used to investigate the structure of water quality inspectors in nine centers for disease control and prevention in Lanzhou and its districts (counties). The data were aggregated with Excel 2003 and analyzed by Spss 18.0 software. Results There were 53 water quality inspectors in each of 9 centers for disease control in Lanzhou City, with an average of 6 people in each CDC. Among 53 people, 32.1% were in physico-chemical sciences, 26.4% in microbiology, 41.5% in other majors, (Χ2 = 2.774, P> 0.05). There were more undergraduate academic qualifications (58.5%) and different educational staff composition ratio (χ2 = 56.428, P <0.05) There were more beginners (43.4%), no staff with senior professional titles in some districts and counties (P <0.05), and the proportions of staff with different titles were statistically significant (χ2 = 18.994, P <0.05) (67.9%), and some districts (counties) were under 30 years old. There were significant differences in the composition ratio among different age groups (χ2 = 10.340, P <0.05). Conclusion All levels of disease prevention and control centers in Lanzhou, especially in district (county) centers for disease control and prevention, lack of professionals, senior professional titles, older age groups and poor structures. In the future work, the structure of water quality inspectors should be further optimized , Increase the proportion of senior professional titles, the introduction of highly educated young technicians to improve the overall quality of water quality testing staff in order to facilitate better water quality testing.
