Unexpected rattle interrupted our conversation until the rattle stopped and we continued to talk. It turned out that Charles set the alarm to remind him of the added protein. He is reducing calorie intake, except for Rainer’s son Rainier. And even though Rainier is now just 16, he has come to the forefront of bodybuilding training, compared with those who started training as early as 20 years ago with his father.
