在我国,将西部计划志愿者与志愿者旅游相结合来研究是一个较新的角度,相比国外,我国志愿者旅游研究滞后。本文在剖析志愿者旅游的概念、特点和发展现状的基础上,以湖南省土家族苗族自治州为案例地,以湖南省西部计划志愿者为调查对象对其参与志愿者旅游的影响因素进行了实证分析,从激发志愿者旅游动机和抑制旅游障碍两个角度,提出了促使西部计划志愿者参与贫困地区志愿者旅游的对策。
In our country, it is a newer point of view to study the combination of volunteers and volunteers in the western region. Compared with other countries, the study of volunteers in our country lags behind. Based on the analysis of the concept, characteristics and current situation of volunteer tourism, this paper takes Hunan Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture as a case study and empirical studies on the factors influencing volunteer tourism in Hunan Province. From the perspectives of motivating volunteers’ tourism motivation and inhibiting tourism obstacles, this paper proposes measures to promote the volunteers of western planning to participate in the tourism of volunteers in poverty-stricken areas.
