令各专、市、县、工矿区人民政府中华人民共和国工会法是全国工人阶级和广大群众在毛主席领导下,经过二十三年革命斗争推翻统治阶级以后获得的胜利结晶。因此我们除以高度愉快的精神表示庆祝和坚决贯澈执行外,各级政府必须依靠工会去团结全体广大工人群众,以巩固工人阶级的领导加强人民民主专政,对于工会法各地除按省府前电执行外,特再提出以下几点:
