在实验室,技术人员通常是利用仪器测量来研究和分析实验结果与产品质量,而仪器的刻度是保证测量质量与准确性的重要环节,直接关系到测量结果的准确和可靠。《检测和校准实验室能力认可准则》及《实验室资质认定评审准则》中也均有明确要求:当校准产生了一组修正因子时,实验室应确保其得到正确应用、更新~([1-2])。故如何确保实验室数据能根据修正因子得到及时修正,保证数据真实可靠,制定合理的修正因子使用规定显得尤为重要。
