自1998年《机电兵船档案》通联会议以来,沈阳变压器有限责任公司档案馆积极开展《机电兵船档案》刊物的宣传。几年来,尽管企业经费紧张,还是想方设法为专职档案人员每人订阅一份《机电兵船档案》。《机电兵船档案》已成了这个企业档案人员学习掌握国家有关档案工作法规,学习机电兵船四大行业档案工作先进经验的好教材。档案馆定期召开学习交流会,组织档案人员撰写学术论文和体会文章,先后在辽宁《兰台世界》和《机电兵船档案》上登载了五篇文章。
