南水北调工程延迟5年完工北京市水务局局长程静透露,原规划南水北调工程于明年引10亿m~3长江水量进京,可以在一定程度上缓解北京缺水的状况。但是按照原最新建设计划,南水北调引江水进京推迟到2014年,这使原本水库蓄水不足、地下水位下降的首都水资源承载力经受着前所未有的压力。
