2 0 0 3年一季度 ,中国经济增长延续 2 0 0 2年以来的上升趋势 ,开局良好 ,主要经济指标增长普遍加快。本文从中国经济的潜在增长率为基点 ,提出此轮上升趋势的推动因素 ,可持续性、合理性和合意性 ,并就几个普遍存在争议的问题作一点探讨。
In the first quarter of 2003, China’s economic growth continued its upward trend since 2002, opening a good course and generally accelerating the growth of major economic indicators. Based on the potential growth rate of China’s economy, this article proposes the drivers, sustainability, rationality and desirability of this upward trend. It also discusses some of the most commonly debated issues.
