采用溶胶 凝胶法制备了FeCoNi SiO2 合金颗粒体 ,利用透射电子显微镜 (TEM )观察了嵌在SiO2 母体中的合金微粒体的形貌 ,利用X射线衍射 (XRD)确定了样品的相结构 ;用振动样品磁强计 (VSM )测定了样品的各种磁性参数。特别是详细研究了制备条件和合金含量对材料的磁学性质的影响。还研究了合金中的Ni含量对材料的磁学性质和合金微粒晶格常数的影响。
The FeCoNi SiO2 particles were prepared by sol-gel method. The morphology of the microspheres embedded in SiO2 matrix was observed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The phase structure of the samples was determined by X-ray diffraction (XRD) Vibrational sample magnetometers (VSMs) measure various magnetic parameters of the sample. In particular, the effect of preparation conditions and alloy content on the magnetic properties of the material has been investigated in detail. The effect of Ni content in the alloy on the magnetic properties of the material and the lattice constant of the alloy particles was also investigated.
