药品外包装作为患者接触药品的第一步,能给患者留下良好的第一印象,对患者的用药心理,及用药依从性都至关重要。人性化的外包装设计也有利于药剂人员调剂药品的准确性和调剂速度的提高。不同的消费人群对药品的外包装具有不同的需求,如:普通人群、老年人群、儿童群体及盲人群体等,他们所面临的药品包装人性化问题都是不同的,而问题的解决同样要在不同群体的身体机能,性格特点,用药心理等基础上来进行。
