随着体育教学改革的深入,我在实际教学中,也尝试性地进行了体育教学的改革,具体体现在以下五个方面: 一、在教学目标上,我从以增强体质为主,转向发展体育能力为主,注重促使学生品德(包括情感)、能力、体力全面发展。也就是说,在体育教学目标的确立上,做到与学校的终生教育目标和培养开拓型的“四有”人才目标同步,其着眼点从生物体育观向多维体育观转移。二、在教与学的关系上,我把教学的主体从教师转向学生,实行教师主导与学生主体相结合,即承认学生是教学的主体,学习的主人,教师由“主演”变为“导演”;教学信息由单向传导变为多向交流,充分调动了学生学习的主动性。
