针对掘进机星轮装载机构在工作中存在旋转盘转动不恒定问题,对旋转盘进行动力学分析,确定了马达对铲板旋转盘的激振力,利用ANSYS软件对旋转盘进行模态和振型分析,得出了旋转盘在动载荷作用下的振型、应力及应变情况,分析指出了旋转盘最容易失效的位置,为研究改进掘进机铲板旋转盘的设计和改善掘进机的装载性能提供理论依据。
Aiming at the problem that the rotation of the rotating disk is not constant in the working process of the star wheel loading mechanism of the roadheader, the dynamic analysis of the rotating disk is performed to determine the exciting force of the motor on the rotating disk of the shovel plate.
