酒店英语作为酒店管理专业的一门重要的专业课程,学生通过学习要具备在酒店的前厅、客房、餐饮等部门相关的英语表达和解决问题的能力。学生在实际工作中反映出了英语口语薄弱、不善表达、语言实际应用能力差等问题,因此改进酒店服务管理专业中的英语教学是非常必要的。本文通过情境模拟与角色扮演相结合的教学方法和实训体验与任务分配相结合的教学方法,相互运用营造一个全面的语言环境,来提高酒店英语的教学质量。 Hotel English As an important professional course in hospitality management, students should have the ability to express and solve problems in English related to the hotel’s lobby, guest rooms, restaurants and other departments through study. Students in actual work reflect the weak spoken English, poor expression, language practical ability and other issues, so improving the hotel service management professional English teaching is very necessary. Through the combination of the teaching method of situation simulation and role play and the teaching method of combining practical training with task assignment, this paper uses each other to create a comprehensive language environment to improve the teaching quality of hotel English.
