目的 :观察醒脑静注射液配合高压氧治疗急性一氧化碳 (CO)中毒的疗效。方法 :急性 CO中毒患者分 2组治疗。 2组常规治疗相同 ,对照组 (4 6例 )加用高压氧治疗 ,治疗组 (31例 )加用醒脑静注射液静滴和高压氧治疗 ,观察 2组疗效。结果 :醒脑静治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为 87.1%和 6 7.4% ,发生迟发脑病例数分别为 2例和 6例 ,2组比较均有显著差异 (P均 <0 .0 5 )。结论 :醒脑静注射液配合高压氧治疗急性 CO中毒能明显提高总有效率 ,缩短意识恢复时间 ,减少迟发脑病的发生 ,且无不良反应
Objective: To observe the effect of xingnaojing injection combined with hyperbaric oxygen on acute carbon monoxide (CO) poisoning. Methods: Patients with acute CO poisoning were divided into 2 groups. Two groups of conventional treatment the same, the control group (46 cases) plus hyperbaric oxygen therapy, the treatment group (31 cases) plus xingnaojing injection of intravenous infusion and hyperbaric oxygen therapy, two groups were observed. Results: The total effective rate of Xingnaojing group and control group were 87.1% and 6 7.4%, respectively, and the number of delayed encephalopathy cases were 2 and 6 respectively. There were significant differences between the two groups (P <0.01) 5). Conclusion: Xingnaojing injection combined with hyperbaric oxygen treatment of acute CO poisoning can significantly improve the total effective rate, reduce conscious recovery time, reduce the incidence of delayed encephalopathy, and no adverse reactions
