由航空工业部六○二所高级工程师刘夏石与福建省农科院院长刘中柱合作研究的《土壤识别与优化施肥》课题,于1986年11月27~29日在福建崇安县武夷山庄宾馆通过鉴定、评审。参加鉴定会的有航空、农业两方面有关的领导、教授、专家和新闻界等40多人,其中航空方面专家8人,土壤肥料方面专家10人。与会专家们对该项研究给予很高的评价。一致认为该研究应用了现代的系统辨识理论与优化理论,首次提出农业生产中土壤肥效参数识别的新思想,并在建立统一的作物施肥数学模型和参数识别等方面进行了创造性研究,理论推导是严谨的。
