本实验证明频率800kHz,声强1.75W/cm~2连续超声波在着床前单纯照射小鼠子宫部一次(一分钟),可显著地抑制着床,二次照射可完全阻遏着床。用放射免疫法测定小鼠着床前外周血中雌二醇和孕酮含量,结果表明照射组与对照组间无显著性差异。提示抗着床作用与这两种激素在外周血中的浓度无关。光镜、电镜下观察到的子宫内膜形态学变化为大量白细胞浸润;内膜腔上皮微绒毛减少、消失;糖蛋白衣过早地被清除;膜性结构线粒体及内质网的损害等,这些形态学变化可能是影响着床的重要因素。

The morphological changes of endometrium under light and electron microscopy were massive leukocyte infiltration; the microvilli in the tunica intima decreased and disappeared; the glycoprotein coat was removed prematurely; the damage of membranous structure mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum, These morphological changes may be an important factor affecting the implantation.
