由于油田设备需要能承受越来越高的工作压力,因此必须不断地改进高强度合金钢的加工方法。为了满足这个要求,许多新的加工阀腔的方法已经出现并且日臻完美。使用电化学加工工艺就是适应这种要求而出现的方法之一。美国卡梅伦铁工厂用电化学加工工艺蚀除用一般加工工艺很难或是不可能切除的金属,包括加工高强制合金钢和复杂形状的部件。
As oilfield equipment needs to withstand higher and higher pressures, it is necessary to continually improve the processing of high-strength alloy steels. To meet this requirement, many new methods of machining valve cavities have emerged and are becoming more sophisticated.
