基于CFBCCⅡ的差分多环反馈电流模式滤波器的系统设计

提出了一个电流控制全平衡差分式电流传输器(CFBCCⅡ).该电路具有全平衡差分式结构:即具有一对差分式Y端、差分式X端和差分式Z端.在此基础上,提出了一种基于CFBCCⅡ的差分式全极点n阶多环反馈电流模式滤波器的系统设计方法.该系统可以通过不同反馈实现不同结构的低通滤波器.所设计的滤波器的截止频率具有电流可调性,滤波器不受阶数限制.所有的n阶滤波器均由n个CFBCCⅡ及2n个电容元件构成,所有的电容元件都接地,便于集成. A current-controlled fully balanced differential current transmitter (CFBCCⅡ) is proposed.The circuit has a fully balanced differential structure: a pair of differential Y, differential X and differential Z. Based on this, A system design method of differential all-pole n-order multi-loop feedback current mode filter based on CFBCCⅡ is proposed.The system can realize low-pass filter of different structure through different feedback.The cut-off frequency of the designed filter has current Tonality, and the filter is not constrained by order. All n-order filters are made up of n CFBCC II and 2n capacitive elements, all of which are grounded for easy integration.
