研究内层和外层加固对薄壁铝管抗弯性能的影响。聚合物材料(PA6,PP)和玻璃/碳纤维增强环氧树脂常用于复合梁内层和外层的加固。试验结果表明,外层采用[02/903]纤维布可使极限承载力提高4.5和5.3倍。混杂复合梁(HCB)的承载能力(LCC)最多提高14倍。HCB的承载能力比用于汽车行业的钢管高出2.5倍。
The effect of inner and outer reinforcement on the flexural properties of thin-walled aluminum tubes was studied. Polymeric materials (PA6, PP) and glass / carbon fiber reinforced epoxy resins are commonly used to reinforce the inner and outer layers of composite beams. The test results show that the outer layer of [02/903] fiber cloth can increase the ultimate bearing capacity of 4.5 and 5.3 times. The carrying capacity (LCC) of hybrid composite beams (HCB) is increased up to 14 times. HCB carrying capacity than the steel used in the automotive industry 2.5 times higher.
