过去我对於直观教学的认识很不够,仅仅是叫同学看看显微镜下的切片、标本、掛图或模型等。并没有考虑过如何通过这些直观教具来启发同学的思维和积极性,也没有想如何做些新的教具。在1949年领导上号召生物学要与农业生产实际相结合,那时我只是片面的给同学看看花的部分,叶的切面。我反到消极的想:自己既不是农民出身,又不是农业专科毕业,我上学时没有学过。同学们想看看细菌,我说学校里没有暖箱不能培养。经过学习、思想改造、使用新课本和学习苏联的教学方法,我渐渐的觉悟,一定要实际学习才能与农业生产结合,克服了“没学过不会”的想法。开始课外制造些新的教具。
In the past, my understanding of visual teaching was not enough. I just asked my classmates to look at the sections, specimens, wall charts or models under the microscope.
