2007年11月22日到28日,中央党校省部级干部进修一班(第42期)B班调研组赴广州、深圳对广东省宗教界参与和兴办社会公益慈善事业的情况进行专题调研。调研组深入基层,通过与当地政府宗教工作部门和宗教团体座谈讨论,实地走访宗教活动场所和慈善机构,最后形成了长达万字的调研报告。报告不仅总结了广东省引导宗教界参与和兴办社会公益慈善事业的经验和做法,而且指出了存在的困难和问题,更重要的是对进一步积极引导、支持宗教界参与和兴办社会公益慈善事业的新思路、新途径进行了思考和探索。本刊征得调研组同意,现将报告摘要刊发如下。
From November 22 to November 28, 2007, the B-class research group of the provincial party-level cadre of the Central Party School (No. 42) went to Guangzhou and Shenzhen to carry out special investigations on the participation of the religious circles in Guangdong Province and the establishment of social public welfare charities. The research team went deep into the grassroots level to conduct field visits to religious venues and charities on site through discussions and discussions with the religious departments and religious organizations of the local government, and finally formed a research report of a million words in length.
