ModBus协议是流行的现场总线之一,相比以串口通信为基础的ModBus-ASCII及ModBus-RTU协议,ModBus-TCP协议具有简单、高效、稳定的优势,为构建工业测控网络系统提供了更为理想的选择。介绍基于ModBus-TCP的主从式测控网络,以单片机系统为核心,可实现对本地恒温实验装置的数据采集、闭环控制、数据通信及远程监测功能。给出了系统的体系结构及硬软件设计方案,可为类似远程测控方案的实现提供借鉴。
Compared with ModBus-ASCII and ModBus-RTU protocol based on serial communication, ModBus protocol is simple, efficient and stable. It provides more advantages for building industrial monitoring and control network system Ideal choice. Based on ModBus-TCP master-slave measurement and control network, SCM system is taken as the core to realize the data acquisition, closed-loop control, data communication and remote monitoring of the local thermostat experimental device. Given the system architecture and hardware and software design, it can provide reference for the realization of similar remote measurement and control schemes.
