国家创新体系建设为自主创新营造出大好的环境,也为科技期刊的发展带来了空前的机遇并提供持久的动力支持,而科技期刊将成为科技自主创新的重要载体和基地。在自主创新体系下分析现阶段科技期刊发展所面临的问题和挑战,显得尤为紧迫,寻找应对的策略更是亟待解决的重大课题。
The construction of a national innovation system creates an excellent environment for independent innovation, brings unprecedented opportunities for the development of sci-tech periodicals and provides lasting power support, and sci-tech periodicals will become important carriers and bases for independent innovation of science and technology.
