当今循证医学实践活动站在了循证实践运动的前沿。本文对“循”“证”的内涵及循证思想的核心理念分别进行了阐述,并从循证实践的角度探讨能成为循证证据的研究的特点,即必须具有较高的真实性和科学性,并根据证据的说服力介绍了证据的不同等级。最后提出真正循证实践的开展使护士在研究能力和循证实践素质方面面临巨大的挑战。
Evidence-based medicine practice today stands at the forefront of evidence-based practice. This paper elaborates the connotation of “circulation ” “card ” and the core concepts of evidence-based ideology respectively, and probes into the characteristics of the research that can become evidence-based evidence from the perspective of evidence-based practice, that is, Authenticity and scientificity, and introduced the different levels of evidence based on the persuasive evidence. Finally, it is proposed that the development of true evidence-based practice will make nurses face enormous challenges in terms of research ability and evidence-based practical quality.
