目的:用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP—MS)测定不锈钢杯具浸出的金属元素,并评价其方法的可行性。方法:采用4%乙酸作为模拟液,在特定时间和温度条件下浸泡样品,浸泡液经5%硝酸5倍稀释后,质谱检测,内标法定量分析。结果:在最优化仪器条件,不锈钢杯具浸出液中的10种元素在1.0~100μg/L质量浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数均大于0.999,元素回收率在88.0%~112.0%之间,精密度RSD<10%。大部分不锈钢杯具的铬、镍、铁、锰元素有检出,镉、钡、铅、砷、钴和钼几乎没有测出。结论:用ICP—MS方法测定不锈钢杯具浸出元素,快速简便,准确度、精密度、灵敏度能够满足实验要求。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the metal elements leached by stainless steel cup by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) and to evaluate the feasibility of the method. Methods: 4% acetic acid was used as the simulated solution, soaked in the sample for a specific time and temperature. The soaking solution was diluted 5 times with 5% nitric acid, then detected by mass spectrometry and quantified by internal standard method. Results: Under the optimum conditions, the 10 elements in the leaching solution of stainless steel cup had good linearities in the concentration range of 1.0 ~ 100μg / L with the correlation coefficients greater than 0.999 and the elemental recoveries between 88.0% and 112.0%. The precision RSD <10%. Most stainless steel cup with chromium, nickel, iron and manganese were detected, cadmium, barium, lead, arsenic, cobalt and molybdenum almost no measured. Conclusion: The method of ICP-MS determination of stainless steel cup with leaching elements, fast and easy, accuracy, precision, sensitivity to meet the experimental requirements.
