我矿井筒净断面直径3.5米,配置带平衡锤的2号减轻型罐笼,另设有梯子间和管缆间(图1),全长210米,罐梁垂距2.5米,梯子梁垂距5米,钢梁固定方式如图2所示。原来安装了150米,根据三级矿量要求,在一个月内要完成延深50米的安装工程。为此,采用水泵排水结合人工清碴,利用现有卷扬机升降人员、材料、吊盘和泥碴,作业时则将吊盘钩挂在罐道梁上。实践证明,此方案能充分利用生产期间的有利条件,机械化程度高,节省开支。
