人力资源的开发和管理是企业战略的一个重要组成部分,中小企业作为中国市场经济的一个重要课题,其具有机动灵活,形式多样等特点。然而,就目前而言,我国中小企业在人力资源管理过程中存在着很多问题,这严重制约了中小企业的发展壮大,本文结合多年工作经验,就如何有效开展中小企业人力资源的管理提出了自己的相关看法。
The development and management of human resources is an important part of the corporate strategy. As an important issue in the Chinese market economy, SMEs have the characteristics of flexible mobility and diverse forms. However, for now, there are many problems in SMEs in the process of human resource management, which severely restricts the development of SMEs.
