本工作采用环烷酸镍-三氯三乙基铝催化体系及丙烯调节的方法,合成了数均分子量为1990的聚丁二烯齐聚物。用NMR仪测定了该聚合物端基的~(13)C-NMR谱,并与各种模型化合物作了比较,归属了端基八种结构的化学位移,并提出了丙烯经由二级插入过程进入分子链的α-烯烃调节机理。根据端基结构计算的数均分子量与气相渗透仪测量的结果基本一致。
In this work, a polybutadiene oligomer with number-average molecular weight of 1990 was synthesized by a nickel naphthenate-trichloro triethylaluminum catalyst system and propylene regulation. The ~ (13) C-NMR spectra of the polymer end groups were determined by NMR spectroscopy and compared with the various model compounds to assign the chemical shifts of the eight end groups. It was also proposed that propylene undergoes a secondary insertion process Α-olefin into the molecular chain regulatory mechanism. The number average molecular weight calculated from the end group structure is basically the same as that measured by the gas permeation meter.
