多氯联苯及有机氯农药都是环境污染物,多氯联苯是由一百多种氯化联苯的异构体构成的一组化合物,其在填充柱色谱上得到的一组峰几乎复盖了大部分常用有机氯农药的色谱峰,我们采用GC/MS/DS直接分析未经处理的土样提取液,在数据处理时分别叠加一些特征离子的质量色谱而得到去干扰的各类化合物的选择离子流色谱图,可同时鉴定出多氯联苯、六六六及DDT等有机氯农药。在此基础上,使我们有可能用四极质谱计算机控制的多离子监测法,进一步提高分析的灵敏度。本方法大大减少了样品化学前处理的工作量,是一种灵敏度较高、抗干扰性强、特别适用于复杂环境样品的快速而又准确的鉴定方法。我们已鉴定了二个土壤样品,从遭受PCB污染的土样中鉴定出六六六的贡献,从另一个受到六六六严重干扰的土样中发现了多氯联苯污染的存在,两个土样中都含有多环芳烃,在仪器灵敏度范围内没有检测到DDT类化合物。
