中化化肥简介1998年前,中化化肥是国家唯一的化肥进口渠道。化肥流通体制改革后,中化化肥积极推行市场化转型战略,实施“以分销为龙头,沿产业链向上下游延伸”的一体化战略,经过十多年发展,公司已成为中国最大的化肥产供销一体化经营的国有重要骨干企业。目前“中化”品牌是唯一在“商品”和“服务”两个领域入选“中国驰名商标”的农资品牌。公司于2005年7月28日在香港联合交易所上市,是《财富》全球500强企业之一,也是中国中化集团公司控股的核心企业,是中国首家在海外上市的化肥企业。
About Sinofert Prior to 1998, Sinofert was the only fertilizer import channel in the country.
