本文以国家旅游局评定的第一批5A级旅游景区的官网为研究对象,运用内容分析法,归纳网页中呈现的资讯内容。研究结果表明,景区网站具有信息提供、信息交互、产品交易和关系管理四项功能,内容共包含34个类目,各网站在虚拟旅游、对客交流、电子商务等方面差异较大,需进一步提高建设水平。
In this paper, the official website of the first batch of 5A-level tourist attractions assessed by the National Tourism Administration as the research object, the content analysis method is used to summarize the information content presented in the webpage. The results show that the scenic site has the four functions of information provision, information exchange, product transaction and relationship management. The content contains 34 categories in total. The websites vary greatly in virtual tourism, customer communication and e-commerce, Improve the level of construction.
