Tasit phosphate ore containing 10.4% P 2 O 5 is composed of dolomite and a small amount of iron dolomite and quartz, the main gangue minerals. The results of the laboratory self-polishing test allowed the phosphate minerals to remain selectively in the coarse fraction. None of the successes were achieved by shaker and heavy medium sorting and the recovery was very low. Only 16.37% and 26.76%. Flotation of phosphate minerals from dolomite with oleic acid and amine collectors has also not been successful. On the other hand, 26.35% P 2 O 5 and a recovery of about 60% were obtained by reverse flotation using a mixture of sulfate and tartaric acid of phosphoric acid and aluminum.
