目的 观察丹皮酚 ( Pae)对大鼠主动脉平滑肌细胞增殖的抑制作用。方法 利用体外细胞培养技术 ,用人高脂血清造成平滑肌细胞 ( SMC)增殖的模型 ,并通过 MTT测定、细胞计数及透射电镜下的细胞超微结构的观察等方法 ,观察丹皮酚对大鼠主动脉平滑肌细胞的保护作用。结果 人高脂血清可明显刺激大鼠主动脉平滑肌细胞的增殖并引起其表型的改变 ,而 Pae可呈浓度依赖性地抑制平滑肌细胞的增殖并可显著抑制高脂血清对 SMC的促增殖作用。结论 Pae抗动脉粥样硬化的作用可能与抑制 SMC异常增殖作用有关。
Objective To observe the inhibitory effect of Pae on the proliferation of rat aortic smooth muscle cells. METHODS: In vitro cell culture techniques were used to model the proliferation of smooth muscle cells (SMC) using human high-lipid serum. Observations of MTT assays, cell counts, and ultrastructure of cells under transmission electron microscopy were performed to observe the effects of paeonol on rats. Protection of arterial smooth muscle cells. Results Human hyperlipidemia significantly stimulated the proliferation of rat aortic smooth muscle cells and caused a change in its phenotype. Pae inhibited the proliferation of smooth muscle cells in a concentration-dependent manner and significantly inhibited the proliferation of SMC induced by hyperlipidemia. . Conclusion The anti-atherosclerosis effect of Pae may be related to the inhibition of abnormal proliferation of SMC.
