基于荧光猝灭原理的塑料光纤溶解氧传感器

为了在线测量微生物燃料电池内溶解氧浓度,提高微生物燃料电池的产电效率,利用荧光猝灭原理,采用邻啡咯啉钌作为荧光标记物,并采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了氧敏感膜。将该敏感膜固定在塑料光纤表面,通过测量荧光指示剂发出的荧光强度实现了对溶解氧浓度的测量。实验结果表明,传感器的相对荧光强度与溶解氧浓度具有较好的线性关系,拟合系数达到0.980 7,且传感器具有良好的可逆性。 In order to measure the concentration of dissolved oxygen in microbial fuel cells online and improve the power generation efficiency of microbial fuel cells, fluorescence quenching principle was adopted, ruthenium (Ⅱ) ruthenium was used as fluorescent marker, and oxygen sensitive membrane was prepared by sol-gel method. The sensitive membrane is fixed on the surface of plastic optical fiber, and the concentration of dissolved oxygen is measured by measuring the fluorescence intensity of the fluorescent indicator. The experimental results show that the relative fluorescence intensity of the sensor has a good linear relationship with the dissolved oxygen concentration, the fitting coefficient reaches 0.980 7, and the sensor has good reversibility.
