为了控制地表沉陷、实现村庄农田下采煤,以试验矿井1201工作面为实例,介绍了薄煤层综合机械化矸石充填液压支架和充填刮板输送机的结构原理,并从工作面布置情况、采煤工艺和充填工艺三方面研究了薄煤层综合机械化矸石充填技术,结果表明,采用矸石充填开采技术,与条带开采方式相比,矿井回采率有了较大提高,经济效益显著;减少了矿井矸石排放,实现了矿区可持续发展,消除了环境污染。
