对某油田热采稠油用湿蒸汽发生器辐射蒸发管爆裂的原因和机理进行了分析。调查发现,因给水中含氧量过高,管内壁腐蚀严重。用扫描电镜观察到断口为沿晶断裂形貌;经金相检验分析,发现管内壁有大量沿晶裂纹和轻微脱碳现象;经X射线衍射分析,发现管内壁腐蚀产物主要为Fe3O4和Fe2O3。观察与分析结果表明:给水中氧含量过高首先造成管内壁局部氧腐蚀,沉积在管内壁上的腐蚀产物、给水的pH值偏低和氯离子含量较高加剧了腐蚀,并逐渐发展为氢腐蚀,最终导致了管子氢腐蚀沿晶开裂。
The reason and mechanism of burst of radiant evaporative tube of wet steam generator in thermal recovery heavy oil field of an oilfield are analyzed. The survey found that due to excessive oxygen content in the water, the pipe wall corrosion serious. The fracture morphology was observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The metallographic examination revealed a large number of intergranular cracks and slight decarburization on the inner wall of the tube. The X-ray diffraction analysis showed that the corrosion products were mainly Fe3O4 and Fe2O3. The observation and analysis showed that the high oxygen content in the feedwater caused local corrosion of the inner wall of the tube, corrosion products deposited on the inner wall of the tube, low pH value of the feedwater and high chloride ion, aggravating the corrosion and gradually developed into hydrogen Corrosion eventually leads to hydrogen corrosion cracking along the crystal.
