着色性干皮病(XP)是一种罕见的常染色体隐性遗传疾病,是由先天性DNA修复功能缺陷引起,患者到一定年龄时几乎都发生皮肤癌。本文对着色性干皮病患者的细胞免疫及体液免疫功能变化进行研究,结果表明:4例XP患者的Et、Ea玫瑰花形成率减少;PHA刺激的淋巴细胞转化能力较正常人降低;3例O.T.试验阴性(例1阳性)、3例DNCB皮肤反应阴性(例3未测);ANAE活性细胞及SmIg阳性细胞百分率均属正常范围。T_γ细
Chromic xeroderma (XP) is a rare autosomal recessive disease caused by a defect in the function of congenital DNA repair that occurs almost exclusively in patients with certain age. In this paper, we studied the changes of cellular immunity and humoral immunity in patients with stained xerophthalmia. The results showed that the formation rate of Et and Ea rose was decreased in 4 patients with XP, the PHA-stimulated lymphocyte transformation ability was lower than that in normal people, and 3 OT test negative (case 1 positive), 3 cases of DNCB skin reaction negative (not measured in case 3); ANAE active cells and the percentage of SmIg positive cells are within the normal range.
