OEC管理模式是海尔集团首席执行官张瑞敏和他的助手们在长期的实践中创造出的一套独具特色的管理模式——被称为具有中国特色的管理模式。OEC管理模式的核心理念是:“要么不干,要干就争第一”——追求卓越的企业文化,“卖信誉而不是卖产品”——真诚到永远的服务理念,“明天的目标比今天更高”——日清日高的素质观念,“只有淡季的思想,没有淡季的市场”的市场观念等。这一模式的实施,使海尔从一个1985年亏损147万元、濒临破产的小厂,发展成为2001年全球营业额超过600亿的跨国企业,创造了世界工业发展史上的奇迹,走出了一条在市场经济条件下向管理要效益的成功之路,值得正处于改革时期、面临各种复杂问题的农电企业很好的学习和借鉴。
