“居者有其屋”是现代社会公民的基本权利,保障公民的居住权是各国政府的重要职能之一。经过几十年的发展,西方发达国家纷纷建立了现代福利国家的住房保障制度。由于各个国家的历史国情和发展状况,出现了三种不同的住房保障体制。在总结介绍美国、德国、英国的住房保障制度的基础上,阐述了对我国住房保障体系的启示。 “Home ownership ” is the basic rights of modern social citizens, to protect citizens’ residency is one of the important functions of governments. After several decades of development, developed western countries have set up housing security systems for modern welfare states one after another. Due to the historical conditions and development of each country, three different housing security systems have emerged. On the basis of summarizing the housing security system of the United States, Germany and Britain, this article elaborates the enlightenment of China’s housing security system.
