在硅磷酸铝反应物凝胶中采用引入钯盐共晶化的方法,一步合成了PdSAPO-5分子筛。通过不同温度的水热处理来对分子筛材料进行改性,用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察处理前后样品的晶形变化,用EDS分析不同晶粒上的元素组成。结果表明:反应物凝胶中钯盐的加入并不影响SAPO-5的生成,却使SAPO-5产物以多种晶形存在。在一定温度的范围内,水热蒸汽的处理使PdSAPO-5产物经过一个重构过程,其晶粒大小更趋向均一,粒度变小。这是由于产物中硅的重新分布所引起
PdSAPO-5 molecular sieve was synthesized in one step by the introduction of palladium salt eutectic in the gel of aluminosilicate reactant. The molecular sieve materials were modified by hydrothermal treatment at different temperatures. Morphology changes of samples before and after treatment were observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM), and the elemental composition of different crystal grains was analyzed by EDS. The results show that the addition of palladium salt to the gel does not affect the formation of SAPO-5, but the SAPO-5 product exists in many crystal forms. Within a certain temperature range, the treatment of hydrothermal steam makes the PdSAPO-5 product undergo a reconstruction process, the grain size tends to be uniform and the particle size becomes smaller.
