饮食是代表地方的文化;其实也反映了当地的物产、气候、风俗、习惯和历史。在华洋杂处的香港,我们就可以吃到从中国大江南北各地所荟萃的美食,地道的广东美食当然不在话下,也可以有机会吃到潮菜、沪菜、京菜、川菜、其它的诸如湖南水煮鱼、山东烧鸡、蒙古烤肉等等,也可以在不同的地方找到;东南亚的膳食,例如海南鸡饭、沙嗲、咖哩也可以在香港吃得到。但是东南亚美食又岂只这些。乘着端午节前后拿了几天假期,回到差不多已是我第二个故乡的新加坡探朋友去,当然也要尝尝久违了的星洲美食。
