904合金的液下泵的配套管系采用铸造工艺加工,其化学成分(%)为:C≤0.6、Si≤1.5、Mn≤1.5、Cr18.0~22.0、Ni23.0~27.0,Mo4.0~5.5,Cul.5~3.0;铸管规格为φ120mm×1100mm×10mm及φ120mm×900mm×10mm两种。铸制后产生了弯曲变形,其中最大上挠度达13mm,超过铸件验收标准。为了不使这批铸管报废,采用了氧-乙炔火焰矫直。这种矫直方法的关键是掌握火焰局部加热引起变形的规律,矫直效果主要取决于工件的加热部位、
