外国企业试图立足日本市场时,常常面临两个问题: 1、如何与日本公司进行初步接触; 2、如何与日本公司维持和发展业已建立的关系。本文仅就此提出了一些建议,希望有助于问题的解决。 在日本行商其中一个最重要的准备是确定长期规划,因为日本商人看重的不是短期关系,其最终目标是要建立一个持久的合作关系,因此,外国公司与日商合作最重要和最有效的表现必须是诚实和负责。
When trying to gain a foothold in the Japanese market, foreign enterprises often face two problems: 1. How to make initial contact with Japanese companies; 2. How to maintain and develop the established relations with Japanese companies. This article only made some suggestions on this issue, hoping to help solve the problem.
