中药煎煮方法正确与否,将直接影响有效成分的析出。从目前普遍存在的问题来看,笔者认为,中药汤剂煎法需注意以下“八忌”。一忌开水泡煎药之前用冷水浸泡一小时左右可以提高煎出率。若不浸泡或浸泡时间太短则药物有效成分煎出率大大下降。以茵陈蒿汤为例,泡一小时煎出物为21.31%,不浸泡则仅16.05%。若用开水浸泡则有两大弊端,一是使药材中的蛋白质凝固于细胞
