0.前言雷击是广播转播台安全运行的大敌。多年的实践经验告诉我们在设备故障中有25%是雷电引起的事故。转播台的地面设施均与电力系统、电话通讯系统相连,而电力和通讯又穿过高山、平原、河谷,只要一处落雷(除少数直接落雷外,一般多数感应雷击),将通过这些系统传入转播台,产生感应雷击过电压,危机广播转播台的安全运行。雷电事故往往与设备一般事故不同,被雷击部位的设备常常由于人力、器材、交通上的关系,需要很多的时间才能修复,转播台正常播出受到严重的威胁。为此,必须采取各种有效防雷措施加以防范。
0. Foreword Lightning strikes are the enemy of the safe operation of a broadcast relay station. Years of practical experience tells us that 25% of equipment failures are caused by lightning. The ground facilities at the relay stations are connected to the power system and the telephone communication system. Electricity and communications, meanwhile, cross the mountains, plains and valleys as long as a lightning strike (except for a few direct lightning strikes) is transmitted through these systems Into the broadcast station, resulting in lightning induced over-voltage, crisis broadcast relay station’s safe operation. Lightning accidents are often different from general accidents in equipment. The equipment being struck by lightning often takes a lot of time to be repaired due to manpower, equipment and traffic. The normal broadcast of the relay station is seriously threatened. To this end, we must take all kinds of effective lightning protection measures to be taken.
