“创新”是一个民族进步的灵魂,“创新精神”是一个国家兴旺发达的不竭动力。党的十八大、十八届三中、五中全会对“全面实施素质教育,培养学生创新精神”提出了新要求,发出了新号召。唯有树立创新意识,激发创新思维,培养创新精神,从娃娃抓起,从小学生抓起,从基础学科抓起,才能更好地、更全面地贯彻中央要求在基层学校落地、落实。 “Innovation ” is the soul of a nation’s progress. “Spirit of innovation ” is an inexhaustible motive force for the prosperity of a country. The 18th CPC National Congress, the Third and the Fifth Plenary Sessions of the 18th CPC Central Committee put forward new requirements and issued new calls for “implementing the quality education in an all-round way and cultivating the innovative spirit of students”. Only by fostering a sense of innovation, stimulating innovative thinking, fostering innovation, starting with the baby, starting with elementary school students and starting from the basic disciplines can we better implement the requirements of the Central Government and implement it in grassroots schools.
