一、基本医疗保险个人账户的功能 基本医疗保险个人账户是医疗保险机构为每位参保职工设立的一种专用账户。参保人员个人缴纳的医疗保险费及用人单位缴纳的医疗保险费的一部分共同构成医疗保险个人账户。医疗保险个人账户归个人所有,主要用于支付门诊或小额医疗费用,由个人按有关规定支配使用。
I. Functions of the basic medical insurance personal account The basic medical insurance personal account is a special account set up by the medical insurance institution for each insured employee. The medical insurance premiums personally paid by the insured personnel and the medical insurance premiums paid by the employer constitute a medical insurance personal account. Medical insurance personal accounts are owned by individuals and are mainly used to pay for outpatient services or small-scale medical expenses, and individuals use them according to relevant regulations.
