本研究采取问卷调查法、访谈法等研究方法,以北京市海淀区中小学图书馆教师为对象,对中小学图书馆教师继续教育现状进行描述性分析。调查发现,中小学图书馆教师待遇普遍偏低,身份不明,专业化远远不够。同时,中小学图书馆教师继续教育存在种种问题,关注中小学图书馆教师的生存状态,采取有效措施促进中小学图书馆教师的专业成长,是有效提升中小学教育质量的前提之一。
This study adopts questionnaires and interviews and other research methods to take the primary and middle school library teachers in Haidian District of Beijing as an example to carry on the descriptive analysis to the current situation of primary and secondary school teachers’ continuing education. The survey found that primary and secondary school library teachers generally low pay, unidentified, professional is not enough. At the same time, there are many problems in the continuing education of primary and middle school library teachers. It is one of the preconditions to improve the quality of primary and secondary school education to pay attention to the living conditions of primary and middle school library teachers and take effective measures to promote the professional growth of primary and middle school library teachers.
