自沉积涂饰,不耗电,不须磷化处理,主要应用于单层涂饰工艺。最近10年里,漆料自沉积工艺已从实验室试验发展为具有投产价值工艺,世界上已有相当多的涂饰工厂应用了这种工艺。要研究和发展这种工艺必须具有敏感的“化学头脑”,因为这很难从目前其他的涂饰工艺中引申出这种工艺所用的原料成份,或概括出这种工艺的流程来。与其他涂饰法相比,自沉积工艺有节约能源的特点,并符合联邦政府的关于挥发性有机化合物(VOC)空气污染的指标。因此,自沉积工艺有进一步发展的趋势。
Self-deposition coating, no electricity, no phosphating, mainly used in single-layer finishing process. In the last 10 years, the paint self-deposition process has been developed from laboratory tests to process-on-value processes, and a considerable number of finishing factories in the world have applied this process. The research and development of such a process must have a sensitive “chemical head” because it is difficult to derive the ingredients of the process from other finishes or to outline the process. Compared with other finishing methods, autodeposition processes are energy efficient and comply with the federal government’s guidelines for air pollution of volatile organic compounds (VOCs). Therefore, the self-deposition process has a further development trend.
