卫生部近日印发《狂犬病暴露后处置工作规范(试行)》,其中规定,根据暴露性质和严重程度分为3个不同等级,要求医疗卫生机构按级别采取不同的处置原则。《规范》提出,Ⅰ级为接触、喂养动物或完好的皮肤被舔,暴露程度为无,处置原则是确认病史可靠则不需处置。Ⅱ级为裸露的皮肤被轻咬或无出血的轻微抓伤或擦伤,暴露程度为轻度,处置原则是处理伤口并接种狂犬病疫苗。Ⅲ级为符合以下情况之一者:单处或多处贯穿性皮肤咬伤或抓伤;破
